Return Policy

Our return and exchange policy is based on three stages: “Product Purchase – Transit Warehouse – Receive Product”.

Stage 1: Product Purchase – You have placed an order for a product that has not been shipped by the factory.

You have the right to cancel the order and request a full refund before the product is shipped.

If you need to change the product, you can cancel the order first and then place a new order for the product you want.

Stage 2: Transit Warehouse – The factory has shipped the product and the product has arrived at the PandaDsc transit warehouse.

If the product has arrived at PandaDsc Shenzhen warehouse, subject to the time of signing receipt at the warehouse, you have 5 days to choose to return or exchange the product. During this period you can directly apply for a return or exchange without providing any reason.

Note:

If you want to return and exchange the product for personal reasons, you may need to pay the logistics costs incurred for the return and exchange of the product, depending on the order.

If the return or exchange is caused by the factory, e.g. product quality problem, wrong size problem, etc., the factory will bear the logistics cost of return and exchange.

Stage 3: Receiving the product – the product arrives at the destination country and you have signed for the product.

If you have received the product and found quality problems in the process of using it, or are dissatisfied with the international logistics timeframe of the product, you can apply for a return or exchange.

This requires you to provide relevant photo or video evidence of the product problem and contact our customer service staff to submit a return or exchange application.

We will review the application within 1-5 working days after receiving it and inform you of the process of return or exchange.

If your item is damaged or lost in transit due to our reasons, we will provide you with full compensation or a replacement of the same item at no cost.

Please contact our staff directly via Wechat or Whatsapp with your PandaDsc User ID, order number and the reason for return or exchange.

If it’s a product quality issue, please you attach a photo or video of the product defect.

In the content of the email, please provide your PandaDsc User ID, order number, and the reason for the return or exchange.

If it is a product quality issue, please also attach photos or videos of the product defects.

The customer service team will review your request and confirm it within 1-5 business days.
